Unit W-1 (aisle 14). Membrane thinning at high-traffic walk pads; two field
seams flagged for monitoring. Core cuts dry.
Recommendation: annual infrared survey; budget full replacement in the
2028–2031 window, planning ESTIMATE $1,680,000 (210,500 SF).
