Effective June 1, 2024, Kirkland Family Dental PLLC (Assignor) assigns all right,
title and interest in the Lease for Suite A-110 to CASCADE DENTAL STUDIO PLLC
(Assignee), which assumes all obligations from the effective date.

Landlord consents. Assignor's guarantor remains liable through the original term.
All notices to Tenant shall be addressed to Cascade Dental Studio PLLC.
