Data Sources

Your organization's records. The primary data source is the material your organization uploads and enters: leases and amendments, rent rolls, operating statements, budgets, utility bills, vendor contracts, loan and insurance documents, equipment records, photographs. Computed analytics come from these records and carry their reporting periods.

Public records. Parcel and tax fields (parcel number, assessed values, taxes paid) come from county records as stored for each property, with the source noted per row. Live county API connectors are architected per county and activate as they are configured; the connector layer is designed to expand county by county.

News publishers. Commercial real estate headlines are aggregated from named mainstream industry sources via their public feeds; each item shows its publisher and links to the original article. The current source list appears on every item on the News page.

AI models. AI features run on Anthropic Claude models through a provider-abstraction layer (OpenAI and Google slots exist for future routing). Models see only permission-filtered context from your records; customer records are not used to train models.

Demonstration workspace. All demo properties, tenants, documents and figures are fictional, generated to exercise every feature of the platform.
