They are only as complete as those records; missing values are shown as missing with the reason, never silently invented. Verify important figures against the cited source documents.

AI outputs are labeled and reviewable. AI answers cite their sources where available and distinguish record data from calculations and estimates. Anything labeled an estimate is an estimate — including valuation scenarios built on user assumptions — and is not an appraisal. AI-generated document drafts require professional review before any use.

Demonstration data. The demo workspace (properties, tenants, figures, documents) is entirely fictional and exists to demonstrate the product. Any resemblance to real properties, companies, or people is coincidental.
