What happens next
- The portfolio becomes yours
The demo properties disappear and the portfolio shows your own buildings instead. Your organization is created and you are its administrator — no sample data is mixed in. - Add your first property
Name, address, type and size — that is all it takes to open a property record. - Start filing
Upload leases and documents, log notes, add photographs, record work orders. Everything you add belongs to your organization alone.
