Acceptance. By visiting, using, or viewing Brikka (the "Site" and platform), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What the platform is. Brikka is software for organizing and analyzing commercial real estate records. It stores documents and structured data supplied by its users and computes analytics (occupancy, NOI, variances, valuation scenarios, alerts) from those records and from stated user assumptions. Brikka is not a party to any lease, loan, purchase, or vendor contract reflected in its records.

Publisher status — Investment Advisers Act Section 202(a)(11). To the extent Brikka publishes market commentary, educational content, news aggregation, or general analytics, it does so as a publisher of impersonal, bona fide news, data, and commentary of general and regular circulation, relying on the publisher's exclusion in Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Nothing on the Site is individualized advice: content is not tailored to, and does not address, the investment objectives, financial situation, or particular needs of any specific person. Brikka is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, appraiser, or law firm, and no content on the Site should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property, security, or other instrument.

No advice; no suitability. Nothing on the Site is intended to be investment advice, nor does it represent the opinion of, counsel from, or recommendations by Brikka or any of its affiliates, operators, or partners. None of the information contained herein constitutes a recommendation that any particular security, portfolio, transaction, or investment strategy is suitable for any specific person.

AI outputs. AI-generated answers, estimates, and document drafts are produced by machine learning systems, are labeled as such, may contain errors, and require review by qualified professionals before any use. AI drafts of leases, amendments, or other legal documents are working drafts only — they are not legal advice and are not final documents. Where available, AI answers cite the underlying records; verify against those records.

Your records. Content uploaded by your organization remains your organization's. You are responsible for having the rights to upload it and for its accuracy. The platform's computed figures are only as good as the records provided. Accounts must not be shared; you are responsible for activity under your credentials.

Limitation of liability. All viewers agree that under no circumstances will Brikka, its operators, partners, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be held liable for any loss or damage caused by reliance on information obtained on the Site.

Data. Analytics reflect the records on file at computation time and may be incomplete, delayed, or revised; figures carry their reporting period or as-of date. Verify against primary source documents before acting. See Data Sources and Methodology. The demonstration workspace contains entirely fictional properties and figures.

Content and use. Site content is for the personal and internal-business use of authorized users. Automated bulk scraping of rendered pages is prohibited. News headlines link to their original publishers; their content belongs to them.

Changes. These Terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: see Contact.
