Spoke with the owner. June was short $6,120 — a supplier prepayment took the account down. He committed to clearing it with the July payment. Noted the late fee is waived once as a courtesy; documented so it is not treated as precedent.

Sam confirmed the crew will isolate zones 4–9 Thursday morning. If the drop shows in zone 7 they will excavate at the entrance beds. Estimated 2 days.

Walked the site with the engineer. Parking lot striping fading at the east entrance, two bollards need paint, landscape beds dry along the north strip (consistent with the irrigation problem). Photos filed under Condition.
